Board of Directors



Capital Stage is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors comprised of business leaders, philanthropists, and arts advocates who share a common passion for theatre and a commitment to the community. The board is responsible for the oversight of the fulfillment of the company’s mission, for legal accountability of the operations as a nonprofit entity and for the procurement and allocation of financial resources.

The board also serves as a champion of the theatre arts in the Sacramento community. It is dedicated to raising the profile of Sacramento theatre and supporting the Capital Stage mission to bring bold, innovative, professional live theatre to our region.
